 1) PER 2004 FBC/M 1307.1 BUILDING SHUTOFF.
 A SHUTOFF VALVE SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE FUEL-OIL
 SUPPLY LINE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING. INSIDE OR
 ABOVE-GROUND TANKS ARE PERMITTED TO HAVE VALVES
 INSTALLED AT THE TANK. THE VALVE SHALL BE CAPABLE OF
 STOPPING THE FLOW OF FUEL OIL TO THE BUILDING OR TO THE
 APPLIANCE SERVED WHERE THE VALVE IS INSTALLED AT A TANK
 INSIDE THE BUILDING.

 SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CSPD) IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROPOSED FUEL TANK.A MINOR PD APPLICATION SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPOSED FUEL TANK MAY NOT
 EXTEND MORE THAN 4 FEET FROM THE BUILDING LINE TOWARD
 THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE SOUTH.IF THE TANK WILL
 EXTEND MORE THAN 4 FEET FROM THE BUILDING LINE, THEN A
 UNITY OF TITLE JOINING THE SITE WITH THE PARCEL TO THE
 SOUTH IS REQUIRED.
  
 3. FUEL TANK SHALL BE SCREENED WITH WALLS AND HEDGES
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
