 2)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-310(D) OF THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS):GLARE.ANY OPERATION OR ACTIVITY PRODUCING
 GLARE SHALL BE CONDUCTED SO THAT DIRECT OR INDIRECT
 LIGHT FROM THE SOURCE SHALL NOT CAUSE ILLUMINATION IN
 EXCESS OF 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.PROVIDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH AFOREMENTIONED SECTION AT THE
 LINE WHICH TRANSITIONS BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL.
  
 3)THE PROPOSED CUPOLA IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE
 CHARACTER OF THE AREA AND IS NOT THE TYPE OF
 DEVELOPMENT/ARCHITECTURE THE CITY WOULD LIKE TO SEE
 GOING FORWARD.CONSIDER THE IMPACTS THIS CUPOLA WILL
 HAVE ON THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD AND RESIDENTIAL
 PROPERTIES.PROPERTY VALUES ARE LIKELY TO DECREASE AS
 THE CUPOLA WILL HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT.CONSIDER NOT
 ILLUMINATING THE PROPOSED CUPOLA.
  
 NOTE:PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-309(A) OF THE ZLDRS:
 EXTERIOR LIGHTING.ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE
 SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO
 REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARES. ILLUMINATION OF SIGNS SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIII OF THIS
