 TANKS, AND STORAGE RACKS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS
 APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED ON ALL SIDES.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. ON MAY
 22, 2007, I MET WITH GREG SAMPSON, PROJECT MANAGER WITH
 LFR, AND IT WAS AGREED THAT THE HEIGHT OF THE FENCE
 SHALL BE EIGHT (8) FEET TALL (VERSES TEN (10) FEET TO
 SCREEN THE HEIGHT OF THE FUEL TANK) WITH FOUR (4) FOOT
 TALL HEDGES.PLEASE REFLECT THIS INFORMATION ON THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 3.ATTACH THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD) AMENDMENT
 APPROVAL LETTER TO THE RESUBMITTAL OF THIS BUILDING
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
