 THERE IS A NOTE ON POOL PLAN THAT SAYS "APPROX.
 LOCATION OF BABY FENCE".IT'S THE FENCE GOING TO BE

 PERIMETER OF THE PROPERTY?.PLANS DON'T IDENTIFY THESE

 THE BONDING GRID NOTE ON THE LAST (UNTITLED) SHEET OF
 THE PLAN INCORRECTLY STATES THAT THE" #8 BONDING WIRE
 IS TO BE PLACED AROUND THE PERIMETER 36" FROM THE POOL
 WATERS EDGE-----".THE TEXT OF SB 2836 READS "18 INCHES
 TO 24" FROM INSIDE THE WALL OF A SWIMMING POOL OR SPA"
 PLEASE CORRECT THAT NOTE TO INSURE THE INTENT IS MET
 AND AVOID CONFUSION IN THE FIELD.
  
 NOTE: I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF SENATE BILL 2836, AS IT
 PERTAINS TO ARTICLE 680, FOR THE POOL CONTRACTOR AND
 FOR THE ENGINEER, FOR YOUR RECORDS.

 A FENCE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY AND
 SHALL CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM STANDARDS PROVIDED BELOW.
  
 AS PER THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION, 94-304(D)(2)(B)+(C):
  
 B.EVERY SWIMMING POOL SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A FENCE
 OR SIMILAR STRUCTURE WHICH IS INSTALLED TO OBSTRUCT
 ACCESS BY PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS OF
 THE RESIDENCE WITHIN WHICH A SWIMMING POOL IS LOCATED.
 BARRIERS OR FENCES SHALL BE AT LEAST FOUR FEET IN
 HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE.
 C.ACCESS TO AN ACCESSORY SWIMMING POOL MUST BE
 THROUGH A BUILDING OR THROUGH A SELF-CLOSING AND
 SELF-LATCHING GATE OR THROUGH A SCREEN ENCLOSURE DOOR
 WITH LATCHES PLACED AT LEAST 54 INCHES ABOVE BOTTOM OF
 GATE. AT LEAST 90 PERCENT OF THE SURFACE AREA OF ALL
 SCREEN ENCLOSURES SHALL BE SCREENING MATERIAL THROUGH
 WHICH AIR SHALL FLOW. ALL POOLS LOCATED ON A CORNER LOT
 SHALL BE SCREENED AT THE CORNER LOT LINE BY AT LEAST A
 42-INCH HIGH LANDSCAPE BUFFER, AS MEASURED FROM GRADE,
 AT THE PROPERTY LINE, TO ENSURE PRIVACY.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE POOL DECK DETAIL.
