 1- DRAWING ON SHEET 1 OF 2 IS NOT DRAWN TO SCALE. NEED
 TO DRAW TO TRUE SCALE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 SETBACKS AND DISTANCE FROM POOL TO BUILDING. SEC.
 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 2- PROVIDE INFORMATION IF THERE ARE ANY WINDOWS ON WALL
 ADJACENT TO THE POOL IN THE EXISTING GARAGE AREA TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY GLAZING REQUIREMENTS OF
 SEC. R308.4(9).
  
 3-A) SPECIFY ALL DIMENSIONS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 SEC. R4101.18REGARDING STEPS OR BENCHES.
  
 B) NEED TO PROVIDE STEPS OR BENCH AT DEEP AREA AS
 REQUIRED BY THE ABOVE SECTION ON ITEM 3(A).
  
 4- NOTES REGARDING SWIMMING POOL BARRIER REQUIREMENTS
 NEED TO BE REVISED.
 A) NOTE #1 IS TO IMPEDE ACCESS FROM THE HOUSE TO THE
 POOL, NOT FROM THE POOL TO THE HOUSE. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEE SEC. R4101.17 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
