 PARKING LOT AND SITE UTILITIES, THE PROPOSED WORK
 ACTUALLY OCCURS ON LOT# 1 AND LOT# 10. A UNITY OF TITLE
 WILL BE REQUIRED OR TWO SEPERATE PERMITS
 WILL NEED TO BE APPLIED FORE ONE FOR EACH LOT. SOONER
 OR LATER A UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE NEW
 PARKING GARAGE.THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE
 TRANSGRESSES LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES
 BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM 'THE SITE'.A
 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE RECORDED AT THE COUNTY
 COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED 'UNITY OF OF
 TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE 601
 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT
 APPLICABLE.
  
 3)OF THE UTILTY SIGN OFF WE ARE MISSING THE WATER
 DEPARTMENT OR UTILITIES ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. SHEET
 C-8 DOES INDICATE THAT THE UTILITES HAS SIGNED OFF BUT
 THAT WAS WITH SHEET C-8 STILL INDICATING
 A ALLEYWAY. PLEASE UPDATE SHOWING THE ABANDOMENT OF THE
