 CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
 PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE CLEARER DIMENSIONS FROM FRONT, AND SIDE
 PROPERTY LINES TO ENABLE CALCULATION OF THE PROPOSED
 PROJECT'S AREA.THE SURVEY'S ARE NOT TO SCALE, SO THE
