 THE 12.4 FOOT LONG SECTION NEEDS TO EXTEND AT LEAST 832
 FEET 6 INCHES SOUTH OF THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE BEFORE
 STEPPING DOWN TO THE 8 FOOT HIGH SECTION.
