 3) THE CONSTRUCTION NOTES REFERENCE THE
 CITY OF FT. LAUDERDALE.
  
 4) A SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL
 BE PROVIDED SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 5) THE PLANS SHOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF 17
 PARKING SPACES WHILE THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES 16.
