 RESPONSE:
 THE FOLLOWING IS THE CORRECT WAY OF READING THE TABLES:
 TABLE 1 ON PAGE 7 OF 13 OF DRAWING #05-578 IS TO
 DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM SHUTTER SPAN ALLOWED ACCORDING TO
 THE NEGATIVE DESIGN PRESSURES, WHICH IS USUALLY THE
 HIGHER NUMBER. ANCHOR SCHEDULE CHART ON SAME PAGE IS TO
 DETERMINE THE ANCHOR SPACING ACCORDING TO THE MAXIMUM
 DESIGN PRESSURES. SEE HEADING ON THIRD COLUMN. IT READS
 "LOAD (W) P.S.F. MAX. (SEE NOTE 1). THEREFORE, THE
 MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE IS THE NEGATIVE PRESSURE AND
 ANCHOR SPACING SHALL BE ACCORDING TO THAT DESIGN
 PRESSURE.
 CONTRACTOR'S COOPERATION SINCE FIRST CHECKLIST WOULD
 HAVE AVOID UNNECESSARYDELAYSAND ADDITIONAL FEES.
 WHEN THERE ARE QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE PLANREVIEW
 COMMENTS, CONTRACTOR IS ALWAYS WELCOME TO CALL MY
