 PLAN. THE TABLE STATES
 THAT 75 PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED
 WHILE ONLY 63 PARKING SPACES HAVE BEEN
 DESIGNATED TO COUNT TOWARD THE REQUIRED
 PARKING. THE TOTAL PARKING REQUIREMENT
 IS 69 SPACES, LEAVING THE SITE 6
