 DRAWINGS, EVALUATION REPORTS OR
 MIAMI-DADE NOA THAT WAS USED FOR THE
 STATE APPROVAL. PGT FL# 243-R3 AND A
 NREVISED MIAMI-DADE NOA # 03-1105.01
  
 2) PROVIDE GLASS TYPE BOTH WERE MARKED
 IN THE DRAWINGS AND THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 ARE DIFFERENT FOR EACH
  
 3) THE MAX ALLOWABLE SIZE IN SQ. FT. FOR
 THE IMPACT RESISTANT WINDOWS IS 32 SQ.
 FT. THEREFORE THE OPENING SIZES LISTED
 ARE INCORRECT UNLESS THEIR IS MORE THAN
 ONE WINDOW PER OPENING . IF THIS IS THE
 CASE PLEASE GIVE THE WINDOW SIZES FOR
 EACH OPENING AND PROVIDE A PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE MULLIONS.
  
 4) THE DESIGN PRESSURES STATED ARE
 INCORRECT THEY SHALL BE BASED ON THE
 EFFECTIVE WIND AREA OF THE WINDOW AND
 NONE ARE LARGER THAN 50 SQ. FT.IF USING
 THE CODE BOOK TABLES, SEE NOTE 1 AND
 ALSO SPECIFY IF OPENING IS IN ZONE 4 OR
