 RESUBMITTAL PER FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1 SECTION 102.2.1.
  
 2. SHEETS P-1 AND P-2 INDICATE AN ABOVE GROUNDGREASE
 INTERCEPTOR IN THE BUILDING. PER CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CODE SECTION 90.124 (7) (B) GREASE INTERCEPTORS
 (SEPERATORS, GREASE TRAPS) ARE TO BE INSTALLED OUTSIDE
 OF THE FOOD PREPERATION AREA WITH THE DISHWASHER
 DISCHARGING VIA A SEPERATE LINE. (F) EACH INTERCEPTOR
 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF STEEL REINFORCED CONCRETE.
 CLEANOUTS SHALL BE STEEL MANHOLE COVERS. NO FIBERGLASS
 INTERCEPTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED.
