 ELECTRIC OUTLETS", BUT IT SEEMS THAT
 MORE WORK IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. WITH
 THE ADDITION OF A SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM
 IT SEEMS THAT A BATHROOM IS BEING
 ADDED.
 ALSO IT SEEMS THAT A WASH MACHINE IS
 BEING ADDED TO THE HOUSE. WILL THE
 BATHROOM BE FRAMED IN OR IS IT
 EXISTING?
 2) SHT PL:1 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM DOES
 NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 A) PLEASE SHOW ALL PIPE SIZES AND
 IDENTIFY ALL FIXTURES. SECTION 104.2.1
 B) TRAPS ARE REQUIRED AT THE SHOWER,
 THE LAV., AND THE WASH MACHINE. SECTION
 1002.1
 C) THE WASH MACHINE REQUIRES A
 STANDPIPE AND SHALL HAVE A CLEANOUT
 INSTALLED 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR FOR
 ACCESS. SECTIONS 1002.1 & 708.10
 D) THE TWO 2" DRAINS ARE NOT VENTED,
 AND PIPED AS SUCH WILL BE AN "S" TRAP.
 SECTIONS 902.1 & 1002.3(5)
 E) ONLY THE FIXTURES WITHIN THE
 BATHROOM GROUPS SHALL CONNECT TO THE
 WET-VENTED HORIZONTAL BRANCH DRAIN. ANY
 ADDITIONAL FIXTURES SHALL DISCHARGE
 DOWNSTREAM OF THE WET VENT. SECTION
 909.1 (THE WASH MACHINE SHALL CONNECT
 DOWNSTREAM OF THE BATHROOM FIXTURES).
 3) ALL DRAWINGS SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND
 SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR
