2002-01-29 00:00:001) WET FIRE HYDRANTS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO,DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION.
 2) FIRE HYDRANTS ARE REQUIRED BETWEEN
 300-500 FEET APART.
 3) A FIRE HYDRANT IS REQUIRED UPON
 APPROACH TO THE CLUBHOUSE.
 4) CLEARANCES OF 7 1/2 FEET TO THE SIDES
 AND FRONT OF FIRE HYDRANTS ARE
 REQUIRED. A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 4 FEET
 ARE REQUIRED TO THE REAR OF THE FIRE
 HYDRANTS.
 5) THE ENTRYWAY NEAR THE CLUBHOUSE DOES
 NOT MEET MINIMUM FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 20 FEET IS TO BE
 PROVIDED. VERTICAL CLEARANCES FOR FIRE
 APPARATUS TO PASS UNDERNEATH MUST BE
 AT LEAST 13 FEET 6 INCHES HIGH. FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ACCESS IS TO BE PROVIDED
 THRU ANY SECURITY FEATURES PLANNED.
 PLEASE INDICATE HOW THIS WILL BE
 ACCOMPLISHED.
 6) ELECTRONIC SWITCHES WILL BE REQUIRED
 ON THE OS&Y VALVES FOR SUPERVISION
 PURPOSES.
 7) ALL BUILDINGS SHALL HAVE AT LEAST
 ONE ELEVATION ACCESSIBLE TO FIRE AND
 PARAMEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDE A
 LOAD OF AT LEAST 32 TONS.
 8) VALVES ON THE FIRE LINE SHALL BE
 POST INDICATOR TYPE VALVES EXCEPT VALVES
 USED FOR SECTIONING.
 9) PORTACACHERE FOR THE ALF MUST PROVIDE
 A VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST 13 FEET
