ABOUT THE PROPERTY. HE STATED HE DROPPED OFF THE
FENCE PERMIT EARLIER TODAY. STATED SOMEONE, NO
NAME, TOLD HIM NO PERMIT IS NEEDED FOR FASCIA
REPLACEMENT. I ADVISED HIM A PERMIT IS REQUIRED
WITH ENGINEERING FOR THE ATTACHMENT AT IT COULD
BECOME WIND BORNE DEBRIS IN A STORM. HE STATED HE
UNDERSTOOD. I ALSO ASKED ABOUT THE CAST IRON SER
LINE BEING CHANGED TO PVC? HE STATED HE WAS
UNAWARE OF THIS AND WOULD HAVE TO GET MORE
INFORMATION. DH
12:37 SPOKE TO KAY KEELER, OWNERS DAUGHTER. SHE
STATED THE TRUSS TAILS WERE ROTTED AND HAVE BEEN
REMOVED. I ADVISED THIS DEFINITELY REQUIRES AN
ENGINEERING REPAIR DETAIL AND RPERMITS AS SHE
STATED THERE IS NOTHING TO ATTACH THE SOFFIT TO.
HE FURTHER ADVISED THAT HER FENCE WAS FALLING DOWN
AND SHE HAS DECIDED NOT TO REPLACE IT ALL.SHE
FURTHER STATED IT IS THE BARRIER FOR THE NEIGHBORS
POOL. SHE ASKED IF SHE SHOULD ADVISE THE NEIGHBOR.
I STATED THAT SOUNDED LIKE THE NEIGHBORLY THING TO
DO. WE THEN DISCUSSED THE SERER REPLACEMENT DONE
BY SUPERIOR PLUMBING. I INFORMED HER OF THE 4X FEE
AND THAT THIS IS A PENALTY FOR THE CONTRACTOR THAT
SHOULD NOT BE P[ASSED ON TO HER. DH
