10/27/14 MET WITH BETTY PARSONS AND INSPECTED THE |
FLAT ROOF. THE FINAL APPROVED ROOF INSPECTION HAS |
BEEN RESCINDED. IT APPEARS THAT THE PARAPET |
WALL/CHIMNEY/SCUPPER OPENINGS WERE NOT FLASHED PER |
THE ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS,SECTION 111/150. |
IT ALSO APPEARS THAT A BOTTOM SECTION OF A |
DOWNSPOUT WAS USED AS ROOF SCUPPER. ADVISED THE |
OWNER THAT THE ROOFING QUALIFIER WILL BE NOTIFIED |
OF THE NOTED DEFICIENCIES.KC |
10/23/14 DHARVEY. SPOKE WITH BETTY PARSONS. SHE IS |
HAVING A LEAK PROBLEM. AFTER LONG DISCUSSION, SHE |
MADE A COMMENT ABOUT THE ROOF DRAINS BEING |
CLOGGED. WILL FROM ADDERLY TOLD HER THE DRAINS ARE |
STOPPED UP AND A NEW CONTRACTOR YESTERDAY TOLD HER |
THE DRAINS ARE NOT STOPPED UP. OFFERED TO CALL THE |
CONTRACTOR AND DISCUSS THE ISSUE. CONTACTED |
ADDERLY, HE DID NOT SEEM TO BE FAMILIAR WITHTHE |
ISSUE. GAVE HIM THE NUMBER FOR BETTY PARSONS - |
561-281-3255. HE STATED HE WOULD CALL HER TO |
DISCUSS THE ISSUE AND THEN CALL ME BACK TO ADVISE. |
