HE WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING OR RECEPTIVE TO THE FACT THAT THIS CODE CASE IS BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PROPERTY OWNER. DURING THE CONVERSATION HE EXPLAINED THAT THE OWNER WAS TRYING TO REMOVE HIS CAR FROM THE PROPERTY WITH 24HR NOTICE, I EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WAY THE OWNER TRIES TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE BUT THAT NO WHERE ON THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION DOES IT SAY 24HRS TO FIX THE VIOLATION AND THAT MY SCHEUDLED REINSPECTION IS ON 6/9/23. HE TOLD ME THAT THE VEHICLE IS NOT REGISTERED AND THAT HE IS GOING TO PUT AIR IN THE TIRES AND BACK IT IN BLOCKING THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE TAG/REGISTRATION. I EXPLAINED THAT THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE IS NOT LEGALLY OPERABLE AND THAT THERE IS ALREADY EVIDENCE THAT THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE PROPER TAG/REGISTRATION AND THAT THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE WILL MAKE THE DETERMINATION AND IT WILL BE UP TO THE OWNER TO PROVE THAT THE VEHICLE IS OPERABLE(LEGAGLLY) AND THAT THE VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. HE DID NOT LIKE OR APPRECIATE MY ANSWERS AND TRIED TO INTIMIDATE ME BY SAYING HE WILL CALL/EMAIL ME EVERYDAY WITH COMPLAINTS.
