WILL BE CHARGED.HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE WARNED HIM THEMSELVES THAT THEY WEREN'T APPROVED.HE SAID HE WAS WAITING TO TALK TO ME THIS MORINING BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THE ROOF ON THE STRUCTURE TODAY AND THERE IS SOME MORE DEBRIS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO PUT IN AND SO HE WAS WONDERING WHEN WAS THE ABSOLUTE DAY HE HAS TO GET IT OUT.SAID HE CAN HAVE IT OUT OF THERE AS SOON AS THEY CAN PICK IT UP WHICH IS PROBABLY TOMORROW BUT HE JUST WASNTED TO GET A FEEL WHERE I AM WITH THIS WHOLE THING.I EXPLAINED THAT TODAY I WILL REINSPECT AND IF IT IS NOT GONE THEN I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE THE FEES.HE ASKED HOW ABOUT TOMORROW IF HE STILL HAVE IT THERE.I TOLD HIM I WILL CITE IT AGAIN.HE SAID THE REASON HE IS ASKING IS PURE ECONIMICAL SENSE.SAID THE DUMPSTER IS $600.TO HAVE IT DELIVERED AND HE NEEDS IT FOR ANOTHER 2 OR 3 DAYS SO IF IT IS COSTING HIM ANOTHER $300. HE IS SAVING $300. ON THE DUMPSTER TECHNICALLY.HE SAID HE THINKS HE IS GOING TO PAY ME AT LEAST $150. MAYBE $300. TO LEAVE IT THERE FOR 48 HOURS ECONOMIC SENSE AND MAKES MORE SENSE TO DO IT THAT WAY BECAUSE THEY ARE SHOOTING THE ROOF AND THEY WILL COMPLY WITHIN 48 HOURS.HE ASKED THAT I EMAIL HIM THE ACTUAL STATUED I AM CITING SP HE UNDERSTANDS IT FULLY.HE ASKED WHAT THE FRANCHINSE FEE IS THAT COMPANIES PAY FOR IT.I TOLD HIM THE FEE IS $12,500. A YEAR.HE SAID IT'S NOT FAIR WHY DOESN'T THE CITY JUST TAX EVERYBODY ON THE BILL.I TOLD HIM THIS IS HOW THE CITY SET IT UP.HE SAID THE CITY IS JUST HAVING US ENFORCING STUPID RULES.HE SAID DO WHAT I GOT TO DO THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE LAWYERS IN THE WORLD TAKE CARE HAVE A GREAT MONDAY.
