THAT WHEN ANY KIND OF CONTRACTOR TRIMS
DEBRIS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO HAUL IT AWAY
ALWAYS AND NOT PUT IT OUT FOR CITY
PICKUP UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP REQUEST
HAS BEEN MADE AS REQUIRED PER CODE.I
ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THEY PUT HALF OF THE
DEBRIS IN FRONT OF THE COMMERCIAL
PROPERTY NEXT DOOR WHICH IS A VIOLATION
ALSO.I TOLD HIM I CAME THIS MORNING TO
CITE THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NEXT DOOR
FOR THEIR CONTARCTOR'S YARD WASTE THEY
PUT OUT ALSO IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY
CODE.SO I TOLD MR.ROHAN HIS OPTIONS ARE
TO REQUEST A SPECIAL PICKUP (FEE) OR
HAVE ALL THE WASTE TAKEN TO SOLID WASTE
AUTHORITY OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO
REMOVE IT AND IT WILL COST MINIMUM
$350.HE ASKED FOR MORE TIME UNTIL MONDAY
TO TAKE CARE OF IT BY HAVING HIS GUYS TO
TAKE IT TO THE DUMP.SAID HE IS OUT OF
TOWN SO WILL NEED TIME BUT WILL TAKE
CARE OF IT.I TOLD HIM THESE GUYS DON'T
LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE THE TRUCK TO HAUL
AWAY ALL THE WASTER.HE SAID HE HAS
SOMEONE THAT IS ABLE TO HAUL IT AWAY.HE
ASKE FOR THE NUMBER TO CALL FOR THE
SPECAIL PICKUP JUST INCASE BUT SAID HE
SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE IT REMOVED BY
MONDAY 10AM AND IF NOT HE WILL CALL FOR
THE SPECIAL PICKUP.I TOLD HIM I WILL
GRANT EXTENSION UNTIL MONDAY BUT HE MUST
EITHER HAVE THE DEBRIS ALL REMOVED OR I
MUST SEE A SPECIAL PICKUP IN THE SYSTEM
OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE IT REMOVED AND THE
FEE WILL BE MINIMUM $350.I TOLD HIM IF I
SEE IT ALL GONE BY MONDAY OR A SPECIAL
PICKUP IN THE SYSTEM THEN I WILL
COMPLY/CLOSE MY CASE AND NO FEES ON MY
END ONLY THE SPECIAL PICKUP FEE FOR HIS
REQUEST.TOLD HIM I WILL REINSPECT ON

SHIRT.I ASKE HIM IF THEY TRIMMED THE
VEGETATION SO THEY ARE ABLE TO PAINT AND
IF THEY PUT IT OUT AND HE SAID YES WHAT
WAS THE PROBLEM.WE WALKED OUT FRONT AND
HE SAID THEY PUT OUT THE DEBRIS BUT THE
GUY DID NOT PICK IT UP AND THEY LEFT A
NOTICE.I TOLD HIM THAT WAS THE DRIVER
JEROME AND HE PUT A NOTICE ON THE DOOR
ABOUT CONTRACTOR'S DEBRIS AND A TAG ON
THE PILE.HE SAID HE DOESN'T KNOW WHY
THEY DIDN'T PICK IT UP SO HE MOVED SOME
OF THE DEBRIS BUT NEXT DOOR THE
LANDSCAPER TRIMMED TREES A THE
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AND PUT OUT A PILE
TOO.I ASKED HIM TO TELL ME WHAT HE PUT
OUT.HE SAID THEY PUT OUT THE PILE OF
BAGS AND A PILE OF VEGETATION FRONT NEXT
TO THE COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPER NEIGHBOR
PROPERTY AND ANOTHER PILE OF BAGS AND
DEBRIS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE THEY ARE
PAINTING AND ONE ACROSS THE STREET FRONT
OF THE HOUSE THIS OWNER ALSO OWNS.I TODK
HIM IT DIDN'T GET PICKED UP BECAUSE IT
IS ALL CONTRACTOR'S DEBRIS THAT THEY
TRIMMED WHICH REQUIRES A SPECIAL PICKUP
(FEE) OR MUST ALL BE REMOVED AND TAKEN
TO SWA OTHER WISE AFTER I POST THE
VIOALTION IF WITHIN 24 HOURS IT'S NOT
COMPLIED I WILL HAVE IT PICKED UP AND
THE FEE WILL BE MINIMUM $350.HE SAID THE
OWNER WILL NOT WANT TO PAY THAT BUT HE
WILL CALL HIM AND LET HIM KNOW.I TOLD
HIM I WILL POST THE VIOLATION NOTICE AND
THEN HE CAN LET THE OWNER KNOW.HE SAID
HE WILL TAKE A PHOTO OF IT AND SEND IT
TO HIM.I TOLD HIM THAT IS FINE.I TOLD
HIM I WILL TAKE A LOOK AT THE PILE NEXT
DOOR HE SAID THEIR LANDSCAPER PUT OUT.
