THE PROPERTY IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE, IT
WILL GO TO THE HEARING ON WEDNESDAY. IF
ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED, AT THAT TIME
WE CAN ASK THE MAGISTRATE TO GRANT

GOOD MORNING. I?M CONTACTING YOU IN
REGARDS TO CODE VIOLATION ON 920 34TH
STREET AND I?M HOPING WE CAN WORK
TOGETHER ON GETTING THE PROPERTY BACK TO
HOW PRETTY WE DID IT IN 2006.
MY HUSBAND DAN AND I STOPPED THERE THIS
PAST WEEK THINKING A CLEAN-UP AND QUICK
COAT OF PAINT TO THE STEPS WOULD BE
ENOUGH, BUT DISCOVERED THE HOUSE NEEDS
WAY MORE.
THERE ARE TWO WINDOWS WITH WOOD ROT ON
THE BOTTOM SILL. THE HOUSE NEEDS PAINT,
BUT WE COULDN?T PAINT OVER MILDEW, WOOD
ROT AND PEELING PAINT. WE BLEACHED AND
SCRUBBED THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, PLEASE
SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. WE WILL RETURN
THIS SUNDAY TO PAINT THE FRONT AND THEN
EACH WEEKEND WE WILL TAKE A SIDE OF THE
HOUSE AND CLEAN AND PAINT. THE FRONT
PORCH ALSO NEEDS 4 OF THE 6 POSTS
REPLACED AS WE SEE WOOD ROT ON THEM AS
WELL. WE COULD PAINT AND BE DONE, BUT
THAT WOULD BE LIKE PUTTING LIPSTICK ON A
PIG. WE WILL COMMIT TO SENDING YOU
WEEKLY OR BI-WEEKLY PICS OF THE REPAIRS
AS WE DO THEM IF YOU WOULD BE KIND
ENOUGH TO WORK WITH US.
HIRING SOMEONE IS OUT OF THE QUESTION,
THEY NEVER DO A QUALITY JOB AND WE DO.
