PROPERTY. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE
TREE ON THE PROPERTY IS DISEASED AND WAS
FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY'S
LANDSCAPING CODE. I EXPLAINED THAT HE
MUST HIRE A CERTIFIED ARBORIST WHO WORKS
IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH TO
EVALUATE THE TREE AND PROVIDE A PLAN FOR
THE TREE. I GAVE HIM MY CARD AND ALL
NECESSARY INFORMATION AND THAT ONCE THE
PROPERTY IS BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE THAT
HE CAN APPLY FOR A LIEN REDUCTION.
