SWALE NEXT TO THE TREE/SHRUBS WHICH WILL
PREVENT PICKUP SO I WILL TRY TO MAKE
CONTACT ON MONDAY IF THEY DON'T MOVE IT
OUT ON THE STREET AWAY FROM ANY
OBSTRUCTION FOR PICKUP ON TUESDAY.

SO I EXPLAINED I JUST POSTED THE
VIOLATION NOITCE REGARDING THE PILE OUT
FRONT AND EXPLAINED EACH VIOLATION AND
OPTIONS TO COMPLY.SHE SAID SHE THEY ARE
TENANTS AND THE OWNER'S LANDSCAPER
ALWAYS PUTS OUT THE YARD WASTE BUT THEY
PUT THE MATTRESS ON TOP AND THE WOOD
PALLETS WAS PUT THERE BY SOMEONE ACROSS
THE STREET.SAID FIRST THEY WERE ACROSS
THE STREET LEANING ON THE POST AND THEN
IT WAS PUT ON THEIR PILE.SAID THE PEOPLE
FROM BOTH HOUSES ACROSS THE STREET
ALWAYS PUT THEIR TRASH FRONT OF THEIR
HOUSE OR ADD TO THEIR PILE.I ASKE IF
THEY SAW WHO ACTUALLY PUT THE PALLETS ON
THEIR PILE SO I CAN DISCUSS IT WITH THEM
AND LET THEM KNOW THEY SHOULD ONLY PUT
THEIR TRASH IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE.THEY
SAID THEY DIDN'T SEE WHO ACTUALLY PUT
THE PALLETS THIS TIME.I TOLD THEM I WILL
TRY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH BOTH RESIDENTS
ACROSS THE STREET BUT IF THEY SAY THEY
DIDN'T PUT IT THERE THEN THEY WILL HAVE
TO TAKE CARE OF IT.SHE SAID THEY WILL
BAG UP THE LEAVES AND MOVE THE MATTRESS
AND IF THEY HAVE TO WILL REMOVE THE
PALLETS ALSO.SO I SPOKE WITH BOTH
NEIGHBORS.AT 819 KANUGA THE LADY THAT
ANSWERED SAID SHE WORKS THERE AND
REQUESTED MY BUSINESS CARD TO HAVE THE
OWNER CALL ME.AT 817 KANUGA I SPOKE WITH
THE OWNER SEAN AND HE SAID HE DOESN'T
PUT TRASH ACROSS THE STREET AND DIDN'T
PUT THE PALLETS OUT AND HE THINKS IT'S
THE PEOPEL NEXT DOOR AT 819.HE SAID THE
PALLETS WERE ON THIS SIDE OF THE STREET
THEN HE SAW IT ACROSS THE STREET.AS I
WALKED BACK TO THE VEHICHLE THE TENANT
AT 840 WAS OUT SO I TOLD HIM THE
NEIGHBOR SAID IT'S NOT THEIRS.
