I MADE HER AWARE THAT WHILE I UNDERSTAND HER POINT AND FRUSTRATION, THE ISSUE WITH HER SUING HER GRAND DAUGHTER IS A CIVIL ISSUE AND CODE ENFORCEMENT CANNOT GET INVOLVED WITH THAT ISSUE. SHE STATED THERE WERE NO VIOLATIONS ON HER PROPERTY BECAUSE THE PLUMBING ISSUES WAS RSOLVED AND THE PROPERTY WAS CLEANED UP.SHE EVEN STATED THE CODE OFFICER CITED THE WRONG PROPERTY BECAUSE THERE WERE NO TRASH AND DEBRIS ON HER PROPERTY. SHE ALSO STATED THE CODE OFFICE ENTER THE PROPERTY WITHOUT HER PERMISSSION, AT WHICH POINT I MADE HER AWARE HE WAS GRANTED ACCESS BY THE TENAT WHO OCCUPIED THE PROPETY AT THE TIME.MS WALLACE WAS VERY UPSET AND STATED SHE DOES NOT THINK I AM "GOOD FOR HER" I MADE HER AWARE, I AM ONLY CALLING BECAUSE I WANT TO COMPLY THE CASE, SO THAT THE FINES OF $250 PER DAY WILL STOP. WE SCHEDULED THE INSPECTION FOR TUESDAY OCTOCER 12@10:30 AM
