ASK THE MAGISTRATE FOR A REDUCTION OF
THE FINES.

WILL HAVE THE WATER TURNED ON AND CALL
ME FOR RE-INSPECTION.

SHE WAS VERY UPSET THAT THE PROPERTY WAS
RUNNING FINES AND STATED HER
GRAND-DAUGHTER ANASTASIA WAS TRYING TO
HURT HER BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO LIVE IN
THE HOUSE FOR FREE WITH HER BOYFRIEND
AND SHE DECLINED. I MADE HER AWARE THAT
WHILE I UNDERSTAND HER POINT AND
FRUSTRATION, THE ISSUE WITH HER SUING
HER GRAND DAUGHTER IS A CIVIL ISSUE AND
CODE ENFORCEMENT CANNOT GET INVOLVED
WITH THAT ISSUE. SHE STATED THERE WERE
NO VIOLATIONS ON HER PROPERTY BECAUSE
THE PLUMBING ISSUES WAS RSOLVED AND THE
PROPERTY WAS CLEANED UP.SHE EVEN STATED
THE CODE OFFICER CITED THE WRONG
PROPERTY BECAUSE THERE WERE NO TRASH AND
DEBRIS ON HER PROPERTY. SHE ALSO STATED
THE CODE OFFICE ENTER THE PROPERTY
WITHOUT HER PERMISSSION, AT WHICH POINT
I MADE HER AWARE HE WAS GRANTED ACCESS
BY THE TENAT WHO OCCUPIED THE PROPETY AT
THE TIME.MS WALLACE WAS VERY UPSET AND
STATED SHE DOES NOT THINK I AM "GOOD FOR
HER" I MADE HER AWARE, I AM ONLY CALLING
BECAUSE I WANT TO COMPLY THE CASE, SO
THAT THE FINES OF $250 PER DAY WILL
STOP. WE SCHEDULED THE INSPECTION FOR
