ON FRIDAY JANUARY 8, 2021 A MOLD REMEDIATION COMPANY CAME TO DO A PROPOSAL AND EXPLAINED THEY NEED TO REMOVE PART OF THE CEILING, THE COUNTER TO DEAL WITH THE BLACK MOLD AND SANITIZE THE ENTIRE UNIT AND RECOMMEND ME NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING OUT OR BRING ANYTHING BESIDES MY FOOD BECAUSE EVERYTHING INSIDE THE UNIT IS CONTAMINATED. HE MENTIONED TO ME THAT THE LEASING COMPANY WAS INFORMED BY THE MOLD TEST RECONOC?AN THAT IS NOT SAFE FOR ME.
