| 2020-10-20 | 15:16:53 | COMMENTS | AFTER POSTING VIOLATION NOTICE MALE TENANT CAME OUT TO ASK ABOUT THE VIOLATION NOTICE.I EXPLAINED IT IS FOR THE DOOR DUMPED FRONT OF THE LOT TO EAST AND THE YARD WASTE/DEBRIS DUMPED ON/IN FRONT OF LET TO WEST.I TOLD HIM OWNER MUST REMOVE ALL WASTE OR I WILL HAVE IT PICKED UP AND WILL COST $350.I TOLD HIM I JUST SPOKE WITH THE WORKER THAT WAS HERE LAST WEEK ADVISING OF THE RULES AND NOT TO BE PUTTING TRASH ON THE LOTS.I TOLD HIM TO ADVISE THE OWNER SO I GAVE HIM A COPY OF THE SANITATION GUIDELINES.HE SAID THE OWNER IS ON HIS WAS AND WILL LET HIM KNOW.SO THE TENANT SAID THE OWNER PUT HIM IN CHARGE OF THE PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM NO ONE SHOULD BE PUTTING TRASH IN FRONT OF THE EITHER LOTS OR ANY WHERE ELSE IN THE CITY EXCEPT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF THEIR GATE ON THE STREET ONLY THE TRASH THAT IS PICKED UP REGULARLY EXCEPT CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.HE SAID THE TREE BRANCHES WERE TRIMMED BY THE PEOPLE THAT WERE MOVING THE HOUSE AND CAME THRU THE STREET AND TRIMMED ALL DOWN THE STREET SO THEY COULD PASS THRU.I TOLD HIM THE DEBRIS COMES FROM THIS PROPERTY SO THEY MUST PUT IT OUT FRONT FOR PICKUP ON THURSDAY.HE SAID HE WILL REMOVE THE TRASH AND PUT IT OUT PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM THE LEAVES NEED TO BE BAGED UP AND THE YARD WASTE PUT OUT FRONT OF THIS PROPERTY AND NOT MIXED.THE DOOR/WOOD DEBRIS PUT IN YARD UNTIL OWNER TAKES IT TO SWA AND NOT DUMPED ANYWHERE ELSE AND NOT PUT OUT AS CITY DOES NOT PICKUP THAT DEBRIS UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP IS REQUESTED (FEE).HE AND ANOTHER TENANT STARTED TO REMOVE THE DOOR BEFORE I LEFT.I WILL REINSPECT TOMORROW.
