(ON FRIDAY 5/1 I SPOKE WITH OWNER AT PROPERTY AT | TIME OF INITIAL INSPECTION REGARDING PILE OF | DEBRIS.I EXPLAINED VIOLATION TO HIM AND OPTIONS TO | COMPLY.HE SAID IT WAS DUMPED THERE.I TOLD HIM I | SEE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AT PROPERTY AND | THERE IS ALSO CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS IN THE PILE.HE | SAID MAYBE HIS GUYS PUT IT OUT THERE SO HE WILL | REMOVE THE CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS BUT THE REST HE | WILL PUT IN FRONT OF THE LOT NEXT DOOR.I TOLD HIM | THE WOULD BE ILLEGAL DUMPING AND HE WILL BE HELD | RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.NEXT DOOR TENANT NEIGHBOR | CAME OUT OF HIS HOUSE SO I ASKED HIM IF HE PUT ANY | OF THE TRASH HERE.HE SAID HE DIDN'T PUT ANY OF THE | TRASH THERE AND THE GUYS WORKING HERE HE SAW THEM | WITH HIS OWN EYES PUT OUT CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND | ALSO BLACK BAGS OF TRASH/DEBRIS.I TOLD OWNER HE | MUST REMOVE ALL TRASH AND TAKE IT TO SWA OR CALL | FOR SPECIAL PICKUP FOR FEE OTHERWISE I WILL CITE | IT AND FEE FOR PICKUP WILL BE $300.
