(ON 11/4 I NOTICED GENTLEMAN DUMPED YARD WASTE ON
VACANT LOT NEXT DOOR SO I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IS
ILLEGAL DUMPING AND THAT ALL WASTE FROM THIS
PROPERTY MUST ONLY BE PLACED IN FRONT OF THIS
PROPERTY FOR PICKUP AND NOT PLACED IN FRONT OF ANY
OTHER PROPERTY.I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE
LEAVES/SMALL CLIPPINGS MUST BE BAGGED UP.HE SAID
THEY ALWAYS PUT THEIR WASTE ON THE VACANT LOT BUT
HE WOULD LET THE OWNER'S KNOW.I RETURNED ON11/5
AND SAY THE SAME GENTLEMAN CLEANING UP THE YARD
WASTE AND THE PILE FROM YESTERDAY WAS STILL ON THE
VACANT LOT.I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I AM CITING THE
PROPERTY AND IF THE WASTE IS NOT REMOVED THERE
WILL BE A COSTLY FEE FOR THE PICKUP ON THE LOT.)

AWARE OF THE FACT THAT THE NEXT DOOR LOT
WAS OFF LIMITS AND THEY HAVE AN ELDERLY
GENTLEMAN 73 YEARD OLD SO HE BASICALLY
RAKES THE YARD THERE.SO HERB WANTED TO
KNOW OTHER THAN DUMPING OVER THERE IS
ANY FINE AND CAN HE GAT A REPRIEVE.I
EXPLAINED THAT HE IS CORRECT THAT THEY
SHOULD NOT BE DUMPING OR PLACING ANY
WASTE ON THE LOT.THEY MUST ONLY PLACE
WASTE IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTY AND
ALSO NOT AT THE PROPERTY LINE.I ASKED IF
HE HAD THE WASTE REMOVED.HE SAID YES.I
TOLD HIM I REINSPECTED THE FOLLOWING DAY
AND SAW THE PILE REMOVED SO I COMPLIED
THE CASE SO THERE IS NO FEE ASSOCIATED
WITH THIS CASE.I ALSO EXPLAINED THA THE
LEAVES/CLIPPINGS MUST BE PLACED IN BAGS
AND PUT OUT THE DAY BEFORE PICKUP ON
WEDNESDAYS FOR THURSDAYS PICKUP ONLY.HE
SAID THEY HAD THE WASTE REMOVED AND
BAGED UP AND PLACED IN THE YARD UNTIL
IT'S TIIME TO PUT IT OUT.MR.HERB SAID HE
ADVISED THE GENTLEMAN OCCUPANT TO NOT
PUT ANY WASTE ON THE LOT ANYMORE.HE SAID
THAT THE SAME DAY HE SPOKE WITH THE
ELDERLY TENANT HE NOTICED PEOPLE THAT
WERE ON THE LOT THE LANDSCAPING PEOPLE
WHICH HE TOOK PHOTOS OF THEM DUMPING ON
THE LOT BECAUSE HE KNOW SOMEBODY WOULD
COME BACK TO SAY THEY ARE STILL DUMPING
NEXT DOOR WHICH THEY ARE NOT DOING
ANYMORE.HERB SAID HE GOT THE PHOTOS AND
THE NUMBER OF THE PEOPLE THE PHONE
NUMBER OF THE GUY WHO WAS THE LANDSCAPER
WHO SAID IT WAS OK.HE BASICALLY SAID
THEY PAY TAXES ON THIS LOT AND THEY CAN
PUT WHATEVER THEY WANT AND HERB TOLD
THEM THEY REALLY CAN'T.I TOLD HIM THEY
SHOULD NOT BE PUTTING ANY TRASH THERE
EITHER SO HE CAN SEND ME THE PHOTOS AND
I WILL LOOK INTO THAT.HERB SAID HE SENT
HIS ASSISTANT TO TALK TO THE LANDSCAPERS
AND THEY GAVE HIS ASSISTANT THE NAME AND
NUMBER OF THE PERSON TO CONTACT SO HE
CALLED THEM AND THE GUY SAID ON THE
PHONE THEY PAY TAXES AND THEY DO WHAT
THEY WANT SO HERB SENT ME THE PHOTOS.HE
ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE OWNER OF THE
WHITE 2 STORY APARTMENTS BRINGS TRAILERS
OF DEBRIS AND PUTS IT OUT FRONT TO BE
PICKED UP.I TOLD HIM I KNOW THE ONWER AS
I HAVE CITED HIM IN THE PAST SO I WILL
DISCUSS THAT WITH HIM.MR. HERB SAID HE
WILL LET HIS STAFF KNOW NOT TO PARK IN
FRONT SO THAT THEY CAN PUT THEIR WASTE
THER FOR PICKUP BUT NOT SURE HOW TO
HANDLE THE NEIGHBORS WHO PARK FRONT OF
HIS PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM TO PUT THOSE
ORANGE CONES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PILE
THEY PUT OUT TO DETER PARKING THERE.HE
ASKED IF HE CAN PUT THE TRASH ON THE
DRIVEWAY.I TOLD HIM THAT IS FINE ALSO AS
LONG AS NOT VEHICHLE IS PARKED CLOSE TO
THE PILE.
