AND TREE TRIMMED.HE SAID THAT PROPLE
DUMP ON HIS LOT.I EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE
CITED THE PROPERTY NEXT DOOR WHEN THEY
HAVE DUMPED ON HIS LOT IN THE PAST.BUT
THIS TIME THE WASTE CAME FROM HIS LOTS
WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE HAULED AWAY TO
SWA OR CALL FOR A SPECIAL PICKUP AHEAD
OF TIME TO HAVE IT PICKED UP.I TOLD HIM
THAT I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN WITH THE
NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET ABOUT THE
DUMPING AND HE SAID THEY DON'T PUT TRASH
THERE.ALSO I SPOKE WITH MR.HALLECK'S
TENANT ACROSS THE STREET ALSO AND HE HAS
TOLD ME THAT THE LANDSCAPERS THAT CUT
THE LOTS AND THE RENTAL PUT TRASH
OUT.MR.HALLACK SAID THAT THE NEIGHBOR ON
PARKER IS THE ONE WHO TRIMMED THE TREE
OF HIS LOT WHICH WAS OVERHANGING ON HIS
PROPERTY MESSING UP HIS YARD AND PUT IT
OUT.I TOLD HIM THEN HE MUST GIVE THE
NEIGHBOR THE BILL IF HE ALLOWED HIM TO
TRIM HIS TREE.I TOLD HIM EVEN SO NO
WASTE IS TO BE PUT OUT FOR PICKUP IN
FRONT OF THE LOTS FOR PICKUP BUT MUST BE
ALWAYS HAULED AWAY TO SWA.ALSO THE WASTE
COMES FROM THE TREE ON HIS PROPERTY
WHICH IS HIS RESPONSABILITY FOR PROPER
DISPOSAL.HE SAID I HAVE HIS NUMBER TO
CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING.I TOLD HIM THAT IS
FINE BUT I WILL NOT BE PROPERTY MANAGING
HIS PROPERTY SO IT'S HIS RESPONSABILITY
TO KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON HIS PROPERTY IF
IT REQUIRES DAILY DRIVE BYS.ALSO I
SUGGESTED TO WORK WITH HIS TENANT ACROSS
THE STREET TO KEEP AN EYE AND TAKE A
PHONE PHOTO IF HE SEES SOMEONE DUMPING
ON THE PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM HE NEEDS TO
PAY THE INVOICE.HE REQUESTED TO TALK TO
SOMEONE ELSE SO I GAVE HIM
