OWNER HAD SOMEONE CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY OR DID
SOMEONE HERE CLEANED UP.HE SAID THAT THE OTHER
TENANTS THAT LIVE IN THE HOUSE CLEANED UP AND PUT
THE TRASH OUT THERE;SAID HE DID NO AS HE HAS A
BROKEN FOOT AND WALKS WITH CRUTCHES.I EXPLAINED
THAT NO TRASH MUST BE PUT ANYWHERE OTHER THAN IN
FRONT OF THIS HOUSE WHEN THEY CLEAN UP AND ALSO
NOT TO PUT ANY CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL OUT UNLESS
THEY CALL FOR A SPECIAL PICKUP (FEE).I TOLD HIM I
WILL LEAVE A VIOLATION NOTICE FOR THE TRASH.)
