SO I TOLD HIM THAT THE CLOSED CAPTIONING GAVE ME 2 WRONG ADDRESSES OF 644 30TH AND 32ND ST.I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO TAKE A LOOK NOW AS MY DAY IS JUST ABOUT OVER BUT THAT I ONLY ONE PILE OF YARD WASTE IS ALLOWED AND MUST NOT EXCEED SIZE LIMIT OF 4X4X18 AND MUST NOT BE MIXED.I TOLD HIM HE STILL HAS TIME TO FIX IT TO GET IT PICKED UP ON MONDAY.HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT.I TOLD HIM I WOULD CHECK THE PROPERTY ON MONDAY.ALL THIS TIME HE DID NOT MENTION THAT I HAD LEFT A VIOLATION NOTICE AND HE DID NOT SAY IT WAS CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THIS WAS THE PROPERTY I HAD CITED FOR 2 PILES ON FENCING DEBRIS MIXED WITH YARD WASTE.
