I ADVISED HIM THAT FLORIDA STATUTE 162 DERFINES PROPER NOTICE AND THAT WE POST TO THE PROPERTY IN CASE THE CERTIFIED COPY ISN'T SIGNED FOR AND THAT NOTICE WAS PROPWEER IN THIS CASE. HE SAID HE WASN'T NOTICED FOR THE HEARING AND I EXPLAINED IT WAS THE SAME NOTICE. HE STATED HE HADN'T HEARD ANY FURTHER AFTER TAKING THE SHUTTERS DOWN SO HE "ASSUMED" THE MATTER WAS CLOSED. ATACHED TO THE CASE IS THE PRE HEARING INSPECTION PHOTO CLEARLY SHOWING SHUTTERS STILL UP. I ASKED FOR HIS CONTACT INFORMATION AND TOLD HIM A OFFICER WILL CALL HIM FOR A COMPLIANCE INSPECTION AS THE IMPORTANT THING WAS TO GET THE FINE TO STOP RUNNING AND THAT AFTER THAT HE CAN APPLY FOR A LIEN REDUCTION AND THEN EXPLAIN HIS POINTS TO THE MAGISTRATE.
