| 2015-07-16 | 07:37:32 | COMMENTS | I CALLED/SPOKE WITH TENANT MS.RATLIFF.I ASKED HER IF THE LANDLORD HAD SOMEONE CUT/TRIM THE TREE IN THE CORNER OF THE PROPERTY.SHE SAID SHE HAD SOMEONE CUT THE TREE BECAUSE THERE WERE SNAKES/RATS COMING FROM THE TREE.I ASKED IF SHE PAID SOMEONE.SHE SAID YES THAT SHE STOPPED A LANDSCAPER THAT WAS PASSING BY AND SHE PAID HIM TO DO THE WORK.I ADVISED HER THAT THE LANDSCAPER HAS TO COME BACK AND HAUL AWAY THE DERIS OR SHE HAS TO CALL FOR A SPECIAL PICKUP (FEE CHARGED).SHE SAID SHE DOES'NT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR SPECIAL PICKUP AND SHE CAN'T FIND THE LANDSCAPER.I TOLD HER IF A REINSPECTION FAILED I WILL HAVE THE WASTE REMOVED AND OWNER WILL BE BILLED.I ALSO TOLD HER I WILL TALK TO NEIGHBORS WHO SHE SAID DUMP THERE ALSO FOR THE PAST YEAR SHE'S BEEN RENTING THERE.I TOLD HER ALL THE TRASH/DEBRIS FROM EACH OCCUPANT HAS TO BE PLACED IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE NOT AT THE PROPERTY LINE AND NOT BY A NEIGHBORS PROPERTY EITHER.
