| 2012-06-28 | 09:19:12 | COMMENTS | 9:05-I CALLED OWNER/MANNY REGARDING CASE.HE STATED THAT HE HAD TENANT CUT/CLEAN UP PROPERTY UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE AND HE ALSO HAD IT CUT/CLEAN YESTERDAY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.I TOLD HIM I WILL INSPECT PROPERTY TODAY.I TOLD OWNER THAT I HAD SEEN FRONT YARD CUT PREVIOUSLY AS I HAD RECEIVED A COMPLAINT ABOUT YARDWASTE OUT FRONT COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO BUT WAS NOT ABLE INSPECT BACK YARD FOR FULL COMPLIANCE.I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT THERE IS DEBRIS THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND OUTSIDE STORAGE IN THE CARPORT THAT MUST BE REMOVE AND PROPERLY STORED IN SIDE A STORAGE BUILDING WITH DOORS ALSO THE GARBAGE CONTAINER MUST BE STORED BEHIND THE FENCE AREA BY THE CARPORT.HE SAID HE WILL HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF IMMIDIATELY AND WILL CALL FOR INSPECTION.REGARDING THE REPEAT VIOLATION I TOLD HIM OFFICER WILLIAMS CITED THIS IN MISTAKE AS PREVIOUS CASE WAS A DIFFERENT OWNER.I TOLD HIM THE PROPERTY MUST BE KEPT CUT/FREE OF YARDWASTE & DEBRIS AND SANITARY (INCLUDING POOL).I ALSO ADVISED HIM THAT HE MUST OBTAIN A BUSINESS TAX RENTAL RECEIPT FOR THIS RENTAL PROPERTY.HE SAID HE WILL COMPLY AND CALL FOR INSPECTION.
