2023-07-13 12:09:32THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE
 SECTION 78-9 IS NGVD1929. THE NAVD1988 VERTICAL DATUM
 MAY BE USED IF THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988
 AND NGVD1929 IS PROVIDED. LABEL THE VERTICAL DATUM AND
 LIST THE CONVERSION TO NGVD1929 EVERY PLAN SHEET WITH
 ELEVATION INFORMATION. NOTE SURVEY DATA NOTE #3 ON
 SHEET C-110 LISTS NGVD1929 AS THE VERTICAL DATUM OF
 ELEVATIONS.
  
 2. SHEET C-300
 A. LABEL THE EXISTING STORM MANHOLE LOCATED WITHIN THE
 STOP BAR FOR EAST BOUND HIBISCUS STREET AT THE FEC
 CROSSING.
 B. ADJUST LEADER ARROW FOR THE NOTE 'EXIST. 30" RCP
 STORM TO REMAIN', LOCATED TO THE RIGHT OF THE AERIAL
 WALKWAY HATCHING AND POINTING TO THE BACK OF CURB.
  
 3. SHEET C-400
 A. IS RXR STRIPING NEEDED FOR THE EB LEFT TURN LANE ON
 HIBISCUS?
 B. PROPOSED FLUSH PARKING MIDBLOCK ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 S. ROSEMARY AVE IS LOCATED AT MARKED PEDESTRIAN
 CROSSING. CAN THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING REMAIN AND THE
 PARKING SPACES MOVED TO THE OTHER TWO PARKING AREAS
 NORTH AND SOUTH OF THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING?
 C. SHOW AND LABEL THE NORTH R/W OF GARDENIA STREET.
 LABEL THE SOUTH R/W OF HIBISCUS ST AND THE WEST R/W OF

 5. VERIFY EXISTING MANHOLE SOUTHEAST OF STRUCTURE D-23
 IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE PIPE COMING FROM D-23.
  
 6. VERIFY THE EXISTING MANHOLE TO THE NORTH OF
 STRUCTURE D-19 IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE PIPE COMING FROM
 D-19 PLUS THE EXISTING PIPE FROM THE CATCH BASIN SOUTH
 OF THE MANHOLE.
  
 7. JUSTIFY 18-INCH DIAMETER OUTFALL PIPES FROM THE
 DEVELOPMENT.
  
 8. REMOVE EXTRA LINEWORK SHOWN ON CITY DETAIL ST-6 ON
 SHEET C-511.
  
 9. LABEL ALL OF THE STREETS ON ALL PLAN VIEWS.
  
 10. THERE MAY BE INSUFFICIENT HORIZONTAL CLEARANCE TO
 INSTALL SANITARY MANHOLES MH-01, MH-02 AND MH-03
 BETWEEN THE EXISTING 12-INCH WATER MAIN AND THE 30-INCH
 STORM PIPE/EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
  
 11. PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE UNDERGROUND STORMWATER
 SYSTEM.
  
 12. LABEL DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURES AND PROVIDE
 DETAILS OF THE CONTROL STRUCTURES.
  
 13. THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW BLEEDERS WITH EXFILTRATION
 TRENCH SYSTEMS.
  
 14. HOW ARE THE ACO SLOT DRAINS AND AREA DRAINS
 CONNECTED TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
  
 15. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 RIGHT OF WAY TO THE FACE OF THE BUILDING AT EACH
 PROPERTY LINE. SHOW GRADE BREAKS, FLOW ARROWS, ETC.
 LABEL AND DIMENSION SURFACE FEATURES (CURB AND GUTTER,
 SIDEWALK, BUILDING, LANDSCAPE STRIPS, ETC.). PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS FROM R/W TO EDGE OF PAVEMENT, BACK OF CURB,
 BACK OF SIDEWALK, FACE OF BUILDING.
  
 16. PROVIDE CROSS SECTION AT EACH DRIVEWAY. SHOW GRADE
 BREAKS, FLOW ARROWS, ETC. LABEL AND DIMENSION SURFACE
 FEATURES (CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK, BUILDING,
 LANDSCAPE STRIPS, ETC.). PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM R/W TO
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT, BACK OF GUTTER, BACK OF SIDEWALK,
 FACE OF BUILDING.
  
 17. PROVIDE TYPICAL SECTIONS FOR GARDENIA ST, HIBISCUS
 ST. AND S. ROSEMARY AVE.
  
 18. MOVE THE CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE OUT OF THE RIGHT OF
 WAY.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. MODIFY THE SFWMD ERP PERMIT AND PROVIDE A COPY OF
 THE SFWMD ERP AND NPDES NOI BEFORE START OF
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 3. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
