 - PROVIDE SIGNAGE DETAILS PAGE TO INCLUDE ALL PROPOSED
 SIGNS (DIRECTIONAL SIGNS, STOP SIGNS, PUMP STATION
 SIGNS, WALL SIGNS, ETC.)
 - PROVIDE DETAIL OF PUMP STATION.
 - EACH DISABLED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROMINENTLY
 OUTLINED WITH PAINT AND POSTED WITH A PERMANENT SIGN OF
 COLOR AND DESIGN APPROVED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION. THE SIGN SHALL CONTAIN THE
 INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED WHEELCHAIR SYMBOL AND THE
 CAPTION "PARKING BY DISABLED PERMIT ONLY."
 - PROVIDE ADA PARKING DIMENSION
 - ADA CROSSING SHOULD BE STRIPED.
 - NUMBER OF ADA AND BICYCLE SPACES PROVIDED IS BASED ON
 MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR ACCESSORY STORE USE ONLY. UPDATE
 TABLE TO REFLECT AMOUNT REQUIRED BASED ON PROPOSED
 SPACES. (UNDER PARKING CODES)
 - 14. INDICATE LOCATION, HEIGHT AND INTENSITY OF ALL
 OUTDOOR ILLUMINATION (PROVIDE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN FOR
 ENTIRE SITE)
 - 16. INDICATE EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT WITHIN 250 FEET OF
 PROPOSED STRUCTURE
 - 19. SCREENING INFO FOR TRASH ENCLOSURE
 - 22. LOCATION OF ALL PUBLIC PROPOSED ART.
 - ALL TREES ON SITE ARE NATIVE AND LISTED IN GOOD
 CONDITION. NATIVE TREES IN GOOD CONDITION MUST BE
 PRESERVED OR RELOCATED ON SITE. PLEASE CHANGE PLANS TO
 MEET THIS REQUIREMENT OR PROVIDE AN ARBORIST REPORT
 GIVING REASON FOR EACH TREE THAT CANNOT BE RELOCATED.
 - PER SEC.94.443.(C)(3)(A), EACH LANDSCAPED ISLAND
 SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE PER
 ROW OF PARKING. THE TERMINAL ISLANDS NE AND SE OF THE
