2023-06-01 19:21:46THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE IS
 NGVD1929. THE NAVD1988 VERTICAL DATUM MAY BE USED IF
 THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929
 IS PROVIDED. LIST THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929
 ON THE SURVEY. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE AND
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 ON EVERY DRAWING WITH
 ELEVATION INFORMATION.
  
 2. EXISTING STORM PIPE FROM PROPOSED CONTROL STRUCTURE
 APPEARS TO BE MISLABELED AS 10-INCH RCP. SPENCER DRIVE
 AS-BUILT PLANS LABEL THE PIPE AS 24-INCH RCP.
  
 3. NUMBER THE STRUCTURES FOR EASE OF REFERENCE.
  
 4. OKEECHOBEE BLVD IS MAINTAINED BY FDOT. ANY
 IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RIGHT OF WAY TO BE APPROVED AND
 PERMITTED BY FDOT.
  
 5. REPLACE EXISTING DROP CURBS AND DRIVEWAY APRONS THAT
 WILL NOT BE USED WITH TYPE F CURB AND GUTTER AND ADA
 COMPATIBLE SIDEWALK.
  
 6. DO NOT SHOW THE CURBS, ON THE SIDES OF THE DRIVEWAY
 APRONS, CROSSING THE EXISTING SIDEWALK.
  
 7. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA.
  
 8. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
 A. DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURE. NOTE THE CITY DOES NOT
 ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH EXFILTRATION TRENCH
 SYSTEMS.
 B. EXFILTRATION TRENCH. LABEL TOP AND BOTTOM
 ELEVATIONS, TRENCH WIDTH, WET SEASON WATER TABLE
 ELEVATION.
 C. POLLUTION RETARDANT BAFFLE
 D. CITY'S DRIVEWAY DETAIL(S)
 E. CITY'S SIDEWALK DETAIL
 F. CITY'S CURB AND GUTTER DETAILS
  
 9. PARKING SPACE STRIPING AND DIMENSIONS TO MEET CITY
 CODE SECTION 94-485.
  
 10. IS A STOP BAR AND STOP SIGN NEEDED AT THE SPENCER
 DRIVE DRIVEWAY AHEAD OF THE SIDEWALK?
  
 11. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING CROSS SECTIONS. LABEL
 PROPERTY LINES / RIGHT OF WAY LINES, SURFACE FEATURES,
 NAMES OF RIGHTS OF WAY. SHOW BREAK POINTS AND GENERAL
 SURFACE SLOPES. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM RIGHT OF WAY OR
 PROPERTY LINE TO EDGE OF PAVEMENT, TO BACK OF CURB, TO
 BACK OF SIDEWALK, TO SURFACE BREAK POINTS.
 A. OKEECHOBEE DRIVE DRIVEWAY FROM EDGE OF PAVEMENT TO 5
 FEET BEYOND THE HIGH POINT OF THE DRIVEWAY.
 B. AT SOUTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE BUILDING FROM EDGE OF
 PAVEMENT OF THE ROAD TO THE FACE OF THE BUILDING.
 C. AT WEST AND NORTH PROPERTY LINES FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE TO THE FACE OF THE BUILDING. LABEL THE BOTTOM
 WIDTH AND SIDE SLOPES OF THE DETENTION AREA.
  
 12. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP BEFORE START OF
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
