2023-05-05 15:11:00PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE FOLLOWING:
 -UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM SHOWS EXISTING WATER METER SIZE
 TO BE 5/8 INCH. PLEASE CONFIRM IF THAT WILL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR IRRIGATION.
 -EXISTING METERED WATER SERVICE CURRENTLY DOES NOT HAVE
 AN ACTIVE USAGE BILLING ACCOUNT AND THE WATER CANNOT BE
 USED. ACCOUNT WOULD HAVE TO BE STARTED AND ANY FEES,
 CHARGES, AND DEPOSITS PAID BEFORE COULD BE USED.
 -VERIFY PRIVATE FIRELINE WILL NOT HAVE ANY ADDED
 CHEMICALS OR AUXILIARY WATER SOURCES SUCH AS WELLS.
 -VERIFY SLIDING GATE WILL NOT HIT FIRELINE BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY.
 -FIRELINE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY WILL HAVE A CITY DETECTOR
 WATER METER ON IT. PROPERTY OWNER AND UTILITY ACCOUNT
 HOLDER MUST ALLOW ACCESS AS NEEDED TO UTILITY PERSONNEL
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF READING AND MAINTAINING THE METER.
 -ON ENGINEERING PLANS, SHOW EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENT
 AT EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY IF IT WILL REMAIN. ALSO SHOW
 UTILITY EASEMENT FOR WATER METER IF WILL BE ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY.
 -IS A WALL ABOVE/OVER PROPOSED 2 INCH WATER SERVICE
 LINE?
 -BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY WAS INSTALLED FOR EXISTING METER,
 BUT NEVER INSPECTED. BEFORE EXISTING WATER SERVICE
 COULD BE TURNED ON AND USED, INSTALLATION WOULD NEED TO
 PASS INSPECTION AND THEN INTERNAL TEST WOULD BE NEEDED.
 CHARGES WOULD GO TO THE NEW UTILITY ACCOUNT.
