 -SP-010 DOES NOT SHOW ANY WATER MAIN INFORMATION. NEED
 TO VERIFY WATER MAIN IS SUFFICIENT FOR WATER SERVICES.
 -THERE ARE NOTES ON SP-010 REFERRING TO CIVIL PLANS FOR
 EXACT LOCATIONS OF WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS, BUT
 CANNOT FIND SHEET WITH THAT INFORMATION. PLEASE ADD
 ADDITIONAL SHEET WITHIN CIVIL ENGINEERING PLAN SET
 SHOWING THAT INFORMATION IN DETAIL.
 -ADD GRAPHIC SCALE TO SP-010
 -IRRIGATION METER IS SHOWN DOWNSTREAM OF DOMESTIC
 METER. CITY CANNOT PROVIDE METERS IN SERIES. THAT WOULD
 HAVE TO BE A PRIVATE SUB METER. PLEASE REVISE CALLOUT
 LABEL TO REFLECT THAT.
 -CALLOUT DUCTILE IRON PIPE (DIP) UPSTREAM OF DCDA.
 -FIRELINE WATER SERVICE IS 8 INCH AND WOULD GET BILLED
 FOR 8 INCH. DCDA SIZE SHOULD MATCH FIRELINE SIZE. NOT
 SURE IF THE 4 INCH SIZE WAS TYPO. THAT SIZE IS TOO
 SMALL FOR DOWNSTREAM FIRE HYDRANTS AS WELL (MINIMUM 6
 INCH).
 -VERIFY PRIVATE FIRE SYSTEM WILL NOT HAVE ANY ADDED
 CHEMICALS OR AUXILIARY WATER SUPPLY SUCH AS A WELL.
 -CANNOT FIND WATER AND SEWER DEMAND CALCULATIONS ON
 ENGINEERING WATER PLAN.
 -PARALLEL/DUAL DOMESTIC BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ARE
 RECOMMENDED AT 4 INCH WATER METER TO MINIMIZE WATER
 OUTAGES DURING BACKFLOW TESTING AND MAINTENANCE.
 -DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE, WATER METER, AND BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY NEAR NORTH SIDE OF PROPERTY IS NOT SHOWN ON
 LANDSCAPING PLAN. PLEASE ADD AND ENSURE NO LOCATION
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN PLANTS AND UTILITIES.
 -SURVEY IS NOT SIGNED, SEALED, AND DATED.
 -SURVEY DID NOT MENTION ANY EASEMENTS. WAS THERE A
 SEARCH TO VERIFY IF THERE ARE ANY EXISTING EASEMENTS AT
 THE PROPERTY? NEED TO VERIFY IF THERE ARE ANY EASEMENTS
 IF HAVE NOT ALREADY AS CAN AFFECT BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
 LOCATION.
 -WATER METER IS SHOWN ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, BUT DO NOT
 SEE UTILITY EASEMENT.
