 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PER SECTION 94-442(B)(1), PROVIDE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 2. PROVIDE BOTH PHYSICAL HARDCOPIES AND ELECTRONIC
 COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 3. PROVIDE A SEPARATE TREE DISPOSITION PLAN BASED ON A
 TREE SURVEY. INCLUDE EXISTING PALM AND CANOPY TREES IN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES WITHIN 10
 FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4. PER SECTION 94-443(D)(1), PROVIDE THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER WIDTH DIMENSIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 5. PROVIDE THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED EASEMENTS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 6. PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)(B), PROVIDE THE OPEN SPACE
 AREA CALCULATIONS (REQUIRED AND PROPOSED) ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 7. PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)(B), PROVIDE THE LANDSCAPE
 AREA CALCULATIONS (REQUIRED AND PROPOSED) ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 8. PER SECTIONS 94-442(C)(2)(B) AND 94-443(D), REVISE
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1), ACCORDINGLY, AND
 PROVIDE THE TREES CALCULATIONS (REQUIRED AND PROPOSED)
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 9. PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)(B), AT LEAST ONE SHRUB
 SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF REQUIRED
 OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. THEREFORE, PROVIDE THE
 SHRUBS CALCULATIONS (REQUIRED AND PROPOSED) ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 10. PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)(B), GRASS AREAS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 60 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREA.
 THEREFORE, PROVIDE THE GRASS AREAS CALCULATIONS
 (REQUIRED AND PROPOSED) ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET
 NO. LP-1).
  
 11. PER SECTIONS 94-443(C)(3) AND (4), PROVIDE AN
 EXHIBIT SHOWING THE PARKING AREA SURFACE CALCULATIONS,
 PARKING SPACE AREAS AND LANDSCAPE AREAS. PROVIDE THE
 CALCULATIONS AND SHOW THE ACTUAL PROPOSED INTERIOR
 LANDSCAPE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 12. PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(A), EACH ROW OF PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED ISLANDS OF NOT
 LESS THAN EIGHT FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN THE
 LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. EACH LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF TWO AND ONE-HALF
 FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. EACH
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE PER ROW OF PARKING. THEREFORE, REVISE
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1), ACCORDINGLY, AND
 PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. IDENTIFY/INDICATE THE REQUESTED
 VARIANCE RELATING TO THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1), IF THIS IS STILL
 THE CASE AFTER THE REVISIONS.
  
 13. PROVIDE LOCATIONS AND SCREENING FOR ALL SPECIAL
 UTILITY STRUCTURES AND ABOVE GROUND APPURTENANCES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1).
  
 14. PROVIDE THE DELINEATION OF IRRIGATION COVERAGE,
 SENSORS AND HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW ZONES OF WATER USAGE.
 INCLUDE A STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS, EXCLUDING
 THOSE AREAS WITH NATIVE NONINVASIVE PLANTS, WILL BE
 PROVIDED WITH PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION, INCLUDING
 ADJACENT RIGHTS???OF???WAY.
