2023-06-01 19:19:40THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE IS
 NGVD1929. THE NAVD1988 VERTICAL DATUM MAY BE USED IF
 THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929
 IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE
 SURVEY. PROVIDE VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE AND CONVERSION
 EQUATION ON SHEET C3.1 AND ANY OTHER SHEET WITH
 ELEVATION INFORMATION.
  
 2. ADD TO THE SURVEY THE CATCH BASIN LOCATED IN THE
 ALLEY NEAR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND ANY
 OTHER UTILITIES IN THE RIGHTS OF WAY SURROUNDING THE
 PROPERTY. AT A MINIMUM PROVIDE THE RIM/GRATE/VALVE
 COVER ELEVATION. INVERT ELEVATIONS WILL BE NEEDED IF
 CONNECTIONS ARE MADE TO THE UTILITIES.
  
 3. LEGAL DESCRIPTION MISSING FROM SHEET C1.0.
  
 4. SHEET C2.0 APPEARS TO BE MISLABELED AS EXISTING
 CONDITIONS PLAN. DRAWING INDEX ON SHEET C1.0 LABELS
 SHEET C2.0 AS PAVING, GRADING & DRAINAGE PLAN.
  
 5. LOCATIONS OF EXISTING UTILITY STRUCTURES DO NOT
 MATCH BETWEEN THE CIVIL PLANS AND THE SURVEY.
  
 6. EXISTING STORM PIPE CONNECTED TO INLET IN THE ALLEY
 IS LABELED AS EXISTING 8-INCH PVC SAN. CONFIRM ALL
 EXISTING UTILITIES ARE LABELED AND LABELED CORRECTLY.
  
 7. SHOW AND LABEL ALL EXISTING UTILITY STRUCTURES
 WITHIN THE RIGHTS OF WAY SURROUNDING THE SUBJECT PARCEL
 ON THE SURVEY AND CIVIL PLANS.
  
 8. PROVIDE SECTIONS AT BOTH DRIVEWAYS, A SECTION
 THROUGH THE PROPOSED PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ON 20TH ST
 AND A SECTION FROM THE 5 FEET WEST OF THE WEST PROPERTY
 LINE TO THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT OF N. DIXIE HIGHWAY. LABEL
 THE PROPERTY LINE/RIGHT OF WAY LINE, SURFACE FEATURES,
 RIGHT OF WAY NAMES. DIMENSION FROM RIGHT OF WAY LINE OR
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT, TO THE BACK OF
 SIDEWALK, TO BACK OF CURB, TO HIGH AND LOW POINTS, ETC.
  
 9. LABEL ALL OF THE RIGHTS OF WAY ON THE CIVIL PLANS.
  
 10. INDICATE IF THE SIDEWALK IN THE ALLEY WILL BE FLUSH
 WITH THE ALLEY.
  
 11. WILL THE SIDEWALK IN THE ALLEY ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE DRIVEWAY CONNECT WITH THE EXISTING SIDEWALK WEST OF
 THE DRIVEWAY? IF SO, THE SIDEWALK WILL NEED TO BE
 PLACED BEHIND THE EXISTING DRAINAGE INLET OR THE INLET
 BE RELOCATED SOUTH OF THE PROPOSED SIDEWALK.
  
 12. DRIVEWAY APRONS IN THE RIGHT OF WAY TO BE CONCRETE
 PER THE CITY STANDARD DETAIL.
  
 13. THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PARKING SPACES SHALL MEET THE
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONS PROVIDED IN CITY CODE SECTION
 94-485.
  
 14. INCLUDE THE HERRING BONE HATCH PATTERN IN THE
 LEGEND ON SHEET C2.0.
  
 15. INDICATE WHERE THE NYLOPLAST STRUCTURES WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED.
  
 16. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURE
 AND LIST THE CONTROL (WEIR) ELEVATION ON THE PGD PLAN.
 THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH SYSTEMS.
  
 17. THE 15-INCH RCP OUTFALL PIPE FROM STRUCTURE CS-1
 APPEARS TO BE AT AN ADVERSE SLOPE.
  
 18. CONFIRM THE PROPOSED NORTH DRIVEWAY LINES UP WITH
 THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY. THE 11.86 SPOT GRADE ON SHEET
 C2.0 APPEARS TO OVERLAP THE 11.82 SPOT GRADE ON THE
 SURVEY.
  
 19. PROPERLY LABEL THE EXISTING CURBS ON SHEET C2.0.
  
 20. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA.
  
 21. ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN, CALL OUT WHERE BMPS
 ARE TO BE INSTALLED. PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE TO HAY
 BALES AROUND DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD ERP BEFORE START OF
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 3. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
