 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. UPDATE TREE DISPOSITION PLAN (SHEET NO. TD-1) TO
 IDENTIFY/INDICATE/DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENT INFORMATION
 REGARDING THE EXISTING MANGO TREE THAT IS SHOWN TO
 REMAIN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4) AND
 SITE PLAN (SHEET NO. SP-1 OF 1).
  
 2. PROVIDE THE TOTAL AREA CALCULATIONS FOR THE OVERALL
 SITE (INCLUDING BOTH PARCELS) AND THE SEPARATE AREA
 CALCULATIONS FOR EACH PARCEL ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4).
  
 3. PER SECTIONS 94-145(5) AND 94-442(C), UPDATE THE
 OPEN SPACE AREA CALCULATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4).
  
 4. PER SECTIONS 94-145(5) AND 94-442(C), UPDATE THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA CALCULATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4).
  
 5. PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(A), EACH ROW OF PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED ISLANDS OF NOT
 LESS THAN EIGHT FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN THE
 LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. EACH LANDSCAPED
 ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF TWO AND ONE-HALF
 FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. EACH
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE CATEGORY 1
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE PER ROW OF PARKING. THEREFORE,
 REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4),
 ACCORDINGLY, AND PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.
  
 6. IT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED THAT THE LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS CHART (ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN) INDICATES
 80% OF THE PROVIDED PARKING LOT TREES ARE CATEGORY 1
 TREES, HOWEVER, NONE OF THE PARKING LOT TREES ARE
 CATEGORY 1 TREES. THEREFORE, REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4), ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7. PER SECTION 94-443(E)(1), AT LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE
 LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL COMMERCIAL
 STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES, SHRUBS OR
 HEDGES. THEREFORE, REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO.
 LP-1 OF 4), ACCORDINGLY.
  
 8. SHOW EXISTING AND PROPOSED EASEMENTS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1 OF 4).
  
 9. SHOW EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO
 OVERHEAD LINES, WATER METERS, TRANSFORMERS, CHECK
 VALVES, CLEAN???OUTS, FIRE HYDRANTS, LIGHT POLES AND
 OTHER STRUCTURES) ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET NO. LP-1
 OF 4).
  
 10. PROVIDE THE DELINEATION OF IRRIGATION COVERAGE,
 SENSORS AND HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW ZONES OF WATER USAGE.
 INCLUDE A STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS, EXCLUDING
 THOSE AREAS WITH NATIVE NONINVASIVE PLANTS, WILL BE
 PROVIDED WITH PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION, INCLUDING
 ADJACENT RIGHTS???OF???WAY.
