 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED - IT APPEARS THAT THE PARKING HAS BEEN
 MODIFIED; HOWEVER, THE PARKING CALCULATIONS DOES NOT
 SEEM TO BE UPDATED. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY WITH
 THE PROPOSED CHANGES.
  
 1.1. CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE PARKING
 CALCULATIONS; HOWEVER, THE CALCULATIONS ARE NOT CORRECT
 (I.E. CALCULATIONS REFLECT THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE
 HOTEL SITE THAT IS CURRENTLY IN FOR A MAJOR AMENDMENT
 ??? PB 1837E). PARKING CALCULATIONS SHOULD ONLY REFLECT
 WHAT HAS BEEN APPROVED AND THE PROPOSED CHANGES WITH
 THIS APPLCATION.
  
 2. SATISFIED - ALL DATA TABLES MUST BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT CHANGES FROM THE APPROVED PLANS.
  
 2.1. IT WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE APPLICANT THAT THE
 PROPOSED PARKING CHANGES TO THE MAJOR AMENDMENT FOR THE
 HOTEL SITE (REFERENCE: PB 1837E) SHOULD BE EXCLUDED
 FROM THIS MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF KEEPING
 THE APPLICATION SIMPLIFIED AND IN ADDITION, IT IS
 UNCERTAIN TO WHEN PB 1837E WILL MOVE FORWARD OR IF ANY
 FURTHER CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO THE PARKING FOR THE
 HOTEL SITE THAT WOULD IMPACT THE OVERALL SHARED PARKING
 CALCULATIONS. THE PARKING CALCULATIONS SHOULD ONLY
 REFLECT WHAT HAS BEEN APPROVED TO DATE.
  
 3. NEW COMMENT - THE REVISED/UPDATED JUSTIFICATION
 STATEMENT, REFLECTING THE LATEST SCOPE OF WORK IS
 MISSING FROM THE 07.21.2023 RESUBMITTAL PACKET.
  
 4. NEW COMMENT - REPONSES TO PPRC???S OUTSTANDING
 COMMENTS MISSING FROM THE 07.21.2023 RESUBMITTAL
 PACKET.
  
 5. NEW COMMENT - ALL PLAN SHEETS MUST BE UPDATED WITH
 THE LATEST REVISION DATE. AS DISCUSSED, THIS IS
 CRITICAL TO KEEP TRACK OF ALL PLANS WITHIN THE CPD.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED - SHOW SHORTEST POINT OF DISTANCE FROM THE
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT OF THE PROPOSED AFFECTED AREA TO THE
 EASTERN EDGE OF THE ABUTTING PARKING EASEMENT PARCEL.
  
 2. SATISFIED - SHOW THE REALIGNMENT AREA OF THE
 REQUIRED 5 FT. WIDE AND/OR PROPOSED LANDSCAPE BUFFER IN
 THE PLAN TO ILLUSTRATE HOW THE BUFFER WILL IMPACT THE
 PARKING EASEMENT PARCEL AND TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY
 WITH THE ZLDRS.
  
 2.1. LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE PROVIDED TO SHOW PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT AS PART OF THE AMENDMENT SCOPE.
 ANY PROPOSED LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT MUST BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE ZLDRS.
  
 3. SATSIFIED - PARKING STALLS AND ACCESSIBILITY RAMP
 WITHIN THE PROPOSED MODIFIED ROUNDABOUT AREA APPEAR TO
 BE IRREGULAR. DIMENSIONS ARE REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF
 THESE STALLS ARE FEASIBLE AND CAN ALSO MEET THE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) FOR STALL STRIPING.
  
 4. SATISFIED - DIMENSIONS ARE MISSING FROM THE TROLLEY
 PICKUP/DROP-OFF AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 5. SATISFIED - PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL IS
 REQUIRED IN THE PLAN. THE DETAIL MUST BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE STRIPING STANDARDS OF SEC. 94-485 OF THE
 ZLDRS.
  
 6. SATISFIED - FLOATING NOTES DETECTED WITHIN THE SITE
 PLAN THAT DO NOT POINT TO THE APPROPRIATE ELEMENT IN
 THE PLAN (I.E. BICYCLE RACK, TRANSFORMER PADS, ETC.).
 PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 6.1. THE NOTATION FOR THE CHAINLINK FENCE ALONG THE
 WEST PROPERTY LINE APPEAR TO BE FLOATING. PLEASE MAKE
 SURE ALL NOTATIONS ARE POINTING TO A STRUCTURE/ELEMENT.
  
 7. SATISFIED - WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE SAME ISLAND AS THE MONUMENT SIGN? PLEASE IDENTIFY
 WITH NOTE IN THE PLAN.
  
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1. SATISFIED - TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN 8 FT. IN WIDTH (AS MEASURED FROM THE INSIDE
 OF THE CURB) AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE TERMINAL ISLAND PROVIDED ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TROLLEY PICK-UP/DROP-OFF AREA
 DOES NOT APPEAR TO COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM STANDARDS
 FOR TERMINAL ISLANDS. [ZLDR S.94-443(C)(3)]
  
 2. NEW COMMENT - IT APPEARS SHEET LP-1 (OVERALL
 LANDSCAPE PLAN) HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR CONSISTENCY
 WITH THE CHANGES PROPOSED TO THE SITE. PLEASE ADDRESS
 FOR CONSISTENCY.

 1. SATISFIED - THE WEST ELEVATION MAKES REFERENCE TO A
