 ISPR CASE NO. 23-01 ***
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 1.) IT APPEARS THAT THE PARKING HAS BEEN MODIFIED;
 HOWEVER, THE PARKING CALCULATIONS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE
 UPDATED. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE
 PROPOSED CHANGES.
  
 2.) ALL DATA TABLES MUST BE UPDATED TO REFLECT CHANGES
 FROM THE APPROVED PLANS.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) SHOW SHORTEST POINT OF DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE OF
 PAVEMENT OF THE PROPOSED AFFECTED AREA TO THE EASTERN
 EDGE OF THE ABUTTING PARKING EASEMENT PARCEL.
  
 2.) SHOW THE REALIGNMENT AREA OF THE REQUIRED 5 FT.
 WIDE AND/OR PROPOSED LANDSCAPE BUFFER IN THE PLAN TO
 ILLUSTRATE HOW THE BUFFER WILL IMPACT THE PARKING
 EASEMENT PARCEL AND TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY WITH THE
 ZLDRS.
  
 3.) PARKING STALLS AND ACCESSIBILITY RAMP WITHIN THE
 PROPOSED MODIFIED ROUNDABOUT AREA APPEAR TO BE
 IRREGULAR. DIMENSIONS ARE REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF
 THESE STALLS ARE FEASIBLE AND CAN ALSO MEET THE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) FOR STALL STRIPING.
  
 4.) DIMENSIONS ARE MISSING FROM THE TROLLEY
 PICKUP/DROP-OFF AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 5.) PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL IS REQUIRED IN THE
 PLAN. THE DETAIL MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE STRIPING
 STANDARDS OF SEC. 94-485 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 6.) FLOATING NOTES DETECTED WITHIN THE SITE PLAN THAT
 DO NOT POINT TO THE APPROPRIATE ELEMENT IN THE PLAN
 (I.E. BICYCLE RACK, TRANSFORMER PADS, ETC.). PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 7.) WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE PROVIDED WITHIN THE SAME
 ISLAND AS THE MONUMENT SIGN? PLEASE IDENTIFY WITH NOTE
 IN THE PLAN.
  
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1.) TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 8
 FT. IN WIDTH (AS MEASURED FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CURB)
 AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING
 STALL. THE TERMINAL ISLAND PROVIDED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
 OF THE TROLLEY PICK-UP/DROP-OFF AREA DOES NOT APPEAR TO
 COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR TERMINAL ISLANDS.

 ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS:
  
 1.) THE WEST ELEVATION MAKES REFERENCE TO A "DIGITAL
 SCREEN TO BE PROVIDED BY OTHERS." PLEASE NOTE THAT A
 DIGITAL SCREEN IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE ELEVATION AND
 THE REFERENCE MUST BE REMOVED.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR
 (4) PAPER COPIES, ONE REDUCED COPY IN 11 X 17 INCHES,
 AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY ALL PLANS AND DOCUMENTS.
  
 * ANY CHANGES TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 * MAKE SURE THE REVISION DATE ON THE PLAN SHEETS ARE
 AMENDED ACCORDING TO THE DATE OF THE CHANGES WITHIN THE
 PLAN SHEETS.
  
 * YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO
 ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE
 TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE
 ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20 PERCENT
 OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
