2023-04-12 13:45:23THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY???S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE
 IS NGVD1929. THE NAVD1988 VERTICAL DATUM MAY BE USED IF
 THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929
 IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO
 NGVD1929 ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2. VICINITY SKETCH MISSING ON THE SURVEY.
  
 3. PROVIDE PROPOSED GRADES OR FLOW ARROWS ON THE PGD
 PLAN. SUGGEST MOVING CATCH BASIN NO. 1 EASTWARD TO THE
 OPEN PARKING AREA OR INSTALL A TRENCH DRAIN ACROSS THE
 OPENING TO INTERCEPT SURFACE FLOW BEFORE IT ENTERS THE
 COVERED PARKING AREA.
  
 4. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTIONS AT THE DRIVEWAY AND AT THE
 ON-STREET PARKING SPACE FROM THE CENTERLINE OF
 CLEARWATER PARK ROAD TO 5 FEET BEYOND THE HIGH POINT OF
 THE DRIVEWAY. SHOW BREAK POINTS, LABEL SURFACE FEATURES
 SUCH AS GUTTERS, SIDEWALK AREAS, FACE OF BUILDING,
 RIGHT OF WAY, ETC. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM R/W TO EDGE
 OF PAVEMENT, TO FRONT OF SIDEWALK AREA, TO FACE OF
 BUILDING, TO HIGH POINT OF DRIVEWAY. PROVIDE SLOPE
 ARROWS TO SHOW HOW THE SURFACES ARE TO DRAIN.
  
 5. REPLACE THE CMP PIPE IN THE R/W WITH RCP PIPE.
  
 6. GARAGE GROUND FLOOR TO HAVE SUFFICIENT VERTICAL
 CLEARANCE TO ALLOW MAINTENANCE AND EVENTUAL REPLACEMENT
 OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH SYSTEM WHEN IT NO LONGER
 FUNCTIONS AS DESIGNED.
  
 7. THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH
 EXFILTRATION SYSTEMS.
  
 8. IT APPEARS THE PROPOSED 8 INCH SANITARY MAIN WILL BE
 IN CONFLICT WITH THE EXISTING 24 INCH STORM PIPE.
  
 9. THE FIRE HYDRANT EXTENSION MAY BE IN CONFLICT WITH
 THE 24 INCH STORM PIPE. CONSIDER MOVING THE FH TO THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT AT THE BACK OF SIDEWALK.
  
 10. ON-STREET PARKING SPACE SHOULD BE ASPHALT INSTEAD
 OF CONCRETE.
  
 11. SHOW MILL AND RESURFACE LIMITS PER THE CITY???S
 PIPE TRENCH DETAIL.
  
 12. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE CONTROL STRUCTURE. PRB'S
 SHOULD BE USED AT THE ENDS OF EXFILTRATION TRENCHES TO
 EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE TRENCHES.
  
 13. SHEET C-06 - UPDATE REFERENCES TO FDOT STANDARD
 INDEX NUMBERS TO FDOT STANDARD PLAN NUMBERS
 A. INDEX 17355 = PLAN 700-102
 B. INDEX 17346 = PLAN 711-001
  
 14. ON PMS PLAN (SHEET C-16) , PLACE THE 24??? STOP BAR
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DOUBLE YELLOW FOR THE TRAFFIC
 EXITING THE GARAGE.
  
 15. SHEET C-17, EROSION CONTROL PLAN:
 A. MOVE THE SOIL TRACKING PREVENTION DEVICE OUT OF THE
 R/W.
 B. SHOW THE EXISTING DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND PROTECTION
 ON ALL OF THE INLET STRUCTURES THAT CAN RECEIVE RUNOFF
 FROM THE SITE OR FROM THE RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO THE
 SITE.
  
 16. SHOW PROPOSED UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 AVOID PLANTING TREES OVER OR NEAR THE EXISTING STORM
 PIPE AND OTHER UTILITIES. ROOT BARRIER SHOULD BE
 INSTALLED NO CLOSER THAN FIVE FEET TO THE OUTSIDE OF
 UTILITY PIPES.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP AND FDEP NPDES
 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT BEFORE START OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
