 -PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW AND LABEL WESTERN PROPERTY LINE ON
 ENGINEERING PLAN SHEETS.
 -SHOW AND LABEL EXISTING 10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT NEAR
 WESTERN PROPERTY LINE ON ENGINEERING PLAN SHEETS.
 -ADD LEGEND TO ENGINEERING PLAN SHEETS. PLEASE INCLUDE
 PURPLE LETTERED SYMBOLS AND LINES ON IT.
 -ADD GRAPHIC SCALE TO BLOWUP DETAIL ON SHEET C08.
 -4 INCH WATER METER IS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, BUT NOT
 CONTAINED WITHIN A UTILITY EASEMENT.
 -VERIFY PRIVATE FIRE SYSTEM WILL NOT HAVE ADDED
 CHEMICALS AND WILL NOT BE CONNECTED TO AUXILIARY WATER
 SUPPLY SUCH AS A WELL.
 -LANDSCAPING APPEARS TO CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED METERED
 WATER SERVICES AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES. IN RESUBMITTAL
 PACKAGE, ADD LANDSCAPING PLAN SHEET THAT SHOWS PROPOSED
 UTILITIES AND PLANTS. ENSURE NO LOCATION CONFLICTS
 BETWEEN TREES/BUSHES AND UTILITIES.
 -A1.1 AND LP2 DO NOT SHOW SIMILAR DESIGN OF BIKE RACKS
 NEAR EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY. ENSURE PLANS MATCH AND THEN
 ADD THE BIKE RACKS TO SHEET C08.
 -UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM SHOWS EXISTING 1 INCH METERED
 IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE AT THE PROPERTY. SHOW ON
 ENGINEERING PLANS AND LABEL WHAT IS HAPPENING TO IT.
 -SHOW FDC IF ANY ARE NEEDED OR REQUIRED.
 -SURVEY AND DEMO PLAN SHOW TRANSFORMER PAD NEAR
 NORTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY, BUT THEY ARE NOT SHOWN ON
 OTHER PLAN SHEETS. SHOW AND LABEL ON REST OF PLAN
 SHEETS IF IT WILL REMAIN.
