 1. PLEASE SHOW THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED ON BOTH A1.AD AND A1.0D
 EITHER IN A TABLE OR SHOW THE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS
  
 2. SHOW THE PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE OF WHAT THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING WILL BE IN EITHER IN A TABLE OR SHOW

 ADDITIONS TO SUCH CIVIC USES SHALL BE ALLOWED PROVIDED
 THE AREA GENERALLY OCCUPIED BY THE EXISTING USE IS NOT
 EXPANDED BY MORE THAN TEN PERCENT.

 BASE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION IF GREATER SQUARE FOOTAGE IS
 NEEDED YOU CAN APPLY FOR A VARIANCE REGARDING THE 10
 PERCENT.
  
 3. A TREE ALTERNATION PERMIT WILL BE NEEDED FOR ANY
 REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TRESS.
  
 4. STAFF WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE SHADE TREES BE LOCATED
 ALONG THE SIDEWALK
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A PARKING TABLE
 COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING REQUIREMENT IS 1 PER 500.
  
 6. STAFF WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE RESTRIPING THE PARKING
 LOT AND HAVE ONE OF THE ADU SPACES TO BE RELOCATING
 CLOSER TO THE PROPOSED NEW COMMUNITY CENTER.
  
 7. STAFF WOULD A LOT LIKE TO ENCOURAGE LIGHTING TO BE
 INSTALLED ALONG THE SIDEWALKS
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THE TYPE
 OF BIKE RACK TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 10. PLEASE NOTE THAT PROPERTY IS ZONED RECREATION AND
 OPEN SPACE (ROS) SO THE SETBACK PROVIDED ARE NOT
 ACTABLE TO OPEN SPACE URBAN (OSU).
