 -TRENCH RESTORATION NEEDED PER CITY DETAIL GC-8

 -WHAT IS TO HAPPEN TO EXISTING SEWER UPON INSTALLATION
 OF THE NEW MANHOLE? (CITY RECORDS DO NOT SHOW AN
 EXISTING LATERAL OFF OF MAIN RUNNING TOWARDS EXISTING
 BUILDING)
 -CITY RECORDS DO NOT SHOW A WATER SERVICE BEING TAPPED
 OFF OF THE EXISTING 6" LINE. VERIFY THE EXISTENCE OF

 LINE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS WATER IS TYPICALLY STAGNANT
 -FIRE HYDRANT CONNECTION MADE VIA ANCHOR TEE PER P-8

 -USE OF A GATE VALVE AFTER THE 2" DOMESTIC CONNECTION,
