 TOWN OF PALM BEACH FOR IMPROVEMENTS/WORK DONE ON THEIR
 PROPERTY.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LEASE AGREEMENT FROM FEC TO DO
 WORK WITHIN THEIR PROPERTY.
  
 3. PLEASE EXCLUDE OR OMIT THE ONE-WAY ROAD GOING SOUTH
 THROUGH THE FEC/TOWN PROPERTY WITH THE DIAGONAL
 PARKING, AS IT IS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS
 APPLICATION/EXTENSION. PLEASE CLARIFY IS THIS COMING IN
 AS A SEPARATE APPLICATION AT A LATER DATE?
  
 4. PER SEC. 94-111 (N.)(2.)
 ON-STREET PASSENGER LOADING AND DROP-OFF. ON-STREET
 PASSENGER LOADING AND DROP-OFFS MAY BE PERMITTED WHEN
 PROPOSED OR EXISTING DEVELOPMENTS CANNOT REASONABLY
 PROVIDE THIS FUNCTION WITHIN THE BUILDING STRUCTURE, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR. ON-STREET
 PASSENGER LOADING AND DROP-OFFS SHALL BE PERMITTED
 WITHIN THE AREAS DESIGNATED FOR ON-STREET PARKING WITH
 THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
 A. AN ON-STREET PASSENGER LOADING AND DROP-OFF PERMIT
 MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE CITY PARKING ADMINISTRATOR.
 B. FOR EACH PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT, THERE SHALL BE NO
 MORE THAN ONE ON-STREET PASSENGER LOADING AND DROP-OFF
 AREA PER LOT FRONTAGE.
 C. THE CITY PARKING ADMINISTRATOR SHALL DETERMINE THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE ON-STREET PASSENGER LOADING AND
 DROP-OFF AREAS BASED ON THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
 PROJECT.
  
 PARKING IS NOT CURRENTLY PERMITTED FOR THIS PORTION OF
 7TH STREET, THERE CURRENTLY EXIST SIGNS PROHIBITING
 PARKING WITHIN THIS AREA, THEREFORE THE PROPOSAL OF A
 DROP-OFF/PICKUP AREA IS NOT PERMISSIBLE; AS NO
 ON-STREET PARKING EXISTS OR IS BEING REPLACED.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOMETRICS AND LIGHT SPECS FOR THE
 SOUTHERN PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY; ALONG THE SIDEWALK
 ABUTTING THE TOWN/FEC PROPERTY.
  
 6. DUE TO INCLUSION OF ON STREET DROP-OFF, THE REQUIRED
 STREET TREES ALONG THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM 30FT. SPACING ON
 CENTER, AS IS REQUIRED IN SEC. 94-133(D.)(2.). PLEASE
 ADJUST.
  
 7. SITE VISIBILITY TRIANGLES INACCURATELY REPRESENTED
 OR ILLUSTRATED, PLEASE BE SURE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF SEC. 94-305(E.) AND FIGURE X-1. PLEASE NOTE THE
 SETBACK LINE WITHIN THE DMP IS MEASURED FROM
 BACK-OF-CURB.
