 STATING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT MEETS THE TRAFFIC
 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (TPS) OF THE COUNTY IS REQUIRED

 SERVICES. THE LETTER PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION IS
 OUTDATED AND WILL NOT SUFFICE. PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
 (561-494-1040) ON HOW TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED LETTER.

 CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT ENCROACH
 INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THEIR SERVICES: AT&T, FPU, FPL AND
 COMCAST. THE LETTERS PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION IS
 OUTDATED AND WILL NOT SUFFICE.

 PROVIDE THE BUILDING SETBACK FROM PROPOSED BUILDING #3
 TO THE PROPERTY LINE TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS. THE PROPERTY LINE
 SHALL BE MEASURED AS THE SHORTEST DISTANCE FROM THE
 FACE OF THE BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY LINE.

 WHAT IS THE BUILDING SEPARATION BETWEEN THE EXISTING
 COVERED WASHING STATION (CANOPY) AND PROPOSED BUILDING
 #3? PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FOR THE BUILDING
 SEPARATION IN THE PLAN. THE BUILDING SEPARATION MUST BE
 A MINIMUM OF 15 FT. [ZLDR S.94-202]

 THE INTENT IS TO PROVIDE THIS PREFAB BUILDING, THE
 ADDITIONAL STORAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE MUST BE ACCOUNTED
 FOR.

 THE PROPOSED BUILDING HEIGHT IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR
 IS NOTED AS 30 FT.; HOWEVER, THE PROPOSED BUILDING

 REFLECTED IN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS, THE SITE
 PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, CIVIL PLAN OR SURVEY. PLEASE
